Confirming your email address

Verification helps protect account access and reduce automated registrations. Confirmation links and security tokens should not be shared with other people.

What we collect while you use the service
Operating a hosting platform involves account activity, server identifiers, resource allocations and technical events. These records help deliver the features requested by users and diagnose operational problems.
When you upload files, configure applications or create databases, the hosting system processes the relevant project data to provide those services.
Technical logs may include request details, timestamps, network information, error codes or other diagnostic information where required for troubleshooting, security or abuse prevention.
The information processed depends on which Volyx features you use and the configuration of your projects.
Hosting resources and Coins
Volyx provides a Coins-based system connected to hosting resources and supported platform activities.
To operate this system, Volyx may process Coin balances, earning and redemption events, hosting allocations, expiration information and records needed to prevent duplicate or abusive activity.
Some Coin-earning features may rely on activity or session tracking. Where these features are enabled, the corresponding operational data is used to calculate rewards and maintain fair usage.
Coins are platform units rather than a conventional payment balance. This section does not imply that Volyx currently operates paid hosting subscriptions or processes payment-card transactions.
Connected accounts and third-party integrations
Some features may allow you to connect services such as Discord to your Volyx account.
When an integration is enabled, Volyx may process the identifiers and authorization-related information needed to provide that connection.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. The information available to Volyx depends on the permissions granted and the integration being used.
You should review the permissions requested by an integration before authorizing it.
Emails and service communications
Volyx may send important account or service messages, such as security notices, verification instructions, hosting-related updates or replies to support requests.
Community announcements, optional notifications or marketing communications should follow the preferences and consent requirements applicable to those messages.
Providing essential service communications may be necessary even where optional notifications are disabled.
Analytics and website measurements
Analytics can help a website understand visits, performance and navigation problems. The precise information processed depends on the analytics technology enabled on the live site.
