Permissions
Select permissions based on the collaborator's job. Avoid granting file, power, database, or management permissions without a reason.
Review access
Remove users who no longer need access and review permissions after responsibilities change.
Accountability
Use Activity to understand supported actions taken on the server when investigating a change.
