Volyx Host provides cloud hosting services including but not limited to server deployment, management, and related features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and preventing unauthorized access.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

For paid services, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• No refunds are provided for partial month usage
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to make required payments
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse our services or infrastructure
