• Account information such as name, email address, OAuth identifiers and linked Discord information where applicable.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser information, session data, device and security signals.
• Hosting information such as server configuration, resource usage, application settings, logs and service activity.
• Coins information such as balance changes, transaction history, rewards and account adjustments.
• Support information such as tickets, messages and communications you send to Volyx.
• Local browser preferences such as language, interface settings and other locally stored preferences.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate hosting and account services.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Operate the Coins and Active Session systems.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate earning sessions and security threats.
• Provide support and troubleshoot service problems.
• Maintain, improve and secure Volyx.
• Display advertising on eligible public pages where enabled.

3. Advertising

Volyx may use Google AdSense on selected public pages. Google and its advertising partners may process information and use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, measurement and personalization where permitted. Advertising is separate from the Volyx Coins system and advertisement clicks are never required for Coins or hosting benefits.

4. Consent

Where advertising consent is required, including for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Volyx may use a Google-certified consent management platform to collect and manage advertising choices.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate Volyx, advertising providers where advertising is enabled, infrastructure or security providers, or where disclosure is required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and services, maintain transaction and security records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Security

Volyx uses administrative, technical and operational safeguards including HTTPS, authentication controls, access controls, monitoring and security logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other permitted actions regarding your personal data. Advertising consent may be reviewed or withdrawn using the Privacy Settings option where the consent interface is available.
