You may use Volyx Host for lawful game servers, applications, development, and personal or commercial projects that comply with applicable laws.

• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
• Malware distribution, phishing, or credential theft
• Copyright infringement or hosting pirated content
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit approval
• Spam, fraud, or deceptive services
• Attempts to bypass platform limits or security controls

Servers must stay within allocated CPU, RAM, and disk limits. Sustained abuse of shared infrastructure may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension, server deletion, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
