Controlling language

English is the primary legal language. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Volyx, including our website, hosting platform, server management tools, Coins system, support services, guides and related features.

VOLYX LEGAL

1. Using Volyx

You may use Volyx only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Free Hosting

Volyx currently provides supported hosting services without a direct cash hosting fee. Service availability, locations, resources, supported runtimes and platform features may change as the platform develops.

3. Coins

Coins are an internal Volyx platform balance used for eligible hosting and platform actions. Coins are not money, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by Volyx. Coins may be earned through eligible platform activity, rewards or other features made available by Volyx.

4. Advertising and Coins

Advertising and the Coins system are separate. Clicking, viewing or interacting with advertisements is not required to earn Coins and does not provide additional hosting benefits. Users must never be encouraged or required to click advertisements.

5. Active Sessions and Abuse Prevention

Volyx may use activity, session, device and account signals to determine whether platform activity is eligible for Coins and to prevent duplicate sessions, automation, abuse or manipulation. Attempts to bypass these protections may result in removal of Coins, suspension or termination.

6. Your Servers and Data

You are responsible for the applications, bots, game servers, files, databases, tokens, credentials and other content you place on Volyx. Keep important backups and do not store credentials or secrets in public files or chats.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects hosted on Volyx may interact with third-party services such as Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Minecraft or other platforms. You are responsible for following the terms, API rules and policies of those third parties.

8. Suspension and Termination

Volyx may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, servers or features where necessary to protect the platform, respond to abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect other users and infrastructure.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Volyx available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, limits, locations, runtimes and infrastructure may change, be replaced or be temporarily unavailable.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Volyx is provided on an as-available basis. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for evaluating whether Volyx is suitable for your workload.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements or platform policies change. The current version published on this page applies from the time it is posted.
